You may contact us through Arthur Delacruz, Principal Officer, at contact@teamrubiconusa.org or by mail at 5230 Pacific Concourse Dr Ste 200, Los Angeles, CA 90045, United States.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the Organization. By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above identifies the latest revision. Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms are posted means you accept the changes.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
1. Our services
Information available through the Services is intended for use in jurisdictions where doing so is lawful. If you access the Services from another location, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

2. Intellectual property rights
Unless otherwise stated, we own or license the software, website design, text, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other content made available through the Services. These materials are protected by intellectual-property laws.

If you voluntarily send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and share that feedback for any lawful purpose without compensation or attribution. This does not change how personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
7. Services management
We may monitor the Services, investigate suspected violations, restrict access, remove content, or take appropriate legal action to protect the Organization, the communities we serve, or others. We are not obligated to monitor every activity or submission.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. By using the Services, you acknowledge that policy. The Services are hosted in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States.
9. Term and termination
These Terms remain effective while you use the Services. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any court proceeding arising from these Terms or the Services must be brought in the state or federal courts serving Los Angeles County, California, and each party consents to those courts' jurisdiction and venue.
13. Corrections
The Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, availability, and deployment information. We may correct or update that information at any time without prior notice.
14. Disclaimer
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." 15. Limitations of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE ORGANIZATION AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID THROUGH THE WEBSITE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
